Is there a course I can take to get a bachelors degree for this? I plan to be a translator for corporations or the military for the languages, mandarin, cantonese and japanese.
How can I go about getting credits for it in a community college? What do I have to know and do?

In order to get a B.A. in a foreign language, you have no option but to major in that language. There isn’t one course you take to earn it. You have to take many, many courses over a few years.
