What are some good free foreign language learning software?

i wanna learn a new language and wanna use a free software, any ideas?

1. go to download.com and download "Rosetta Stone" for free.

2. go to itunes and download a free podcast in the podcast section, you can play the lessons right on your iPod. (best option as far as FREE software goes)

3. also, i dont know what area you live in but if the computer doesn’t help, check your local library to see if they offer free conversational classes. Mine does and I go every week.
